The Business Partnering team provides strategically focused support to leadership teams across UCL. The team forges strong relationships with stakeholders to enable expert advice, critical challenge and timely decision support to enable the best financial performance.Duties include:xe2x96xaa Leading the preparation of the monthly management accounts pack to include insightful management analysis
xe2x96xaa Working closely with the Finance Business Partners and FP&A reporting team to identify and develop online reporting opportunities
xe2x96xaa Working collaboratively with the Axiom Reporting team and FBPs to optimise the use of Axiom for data capture, analysis, and reporting
xe2x96xaa Leading on standardising and preparation of faculty presentations and reporting with the finance Business Partners to support the annual budget and in-year forecasting
xe2x96xaa Leading on the engagement with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and along with the design of reports and tools to address the prioritised needs and improve the quality of financial reporting
xe2x96xaa Working collaboratively with the Finance Business Partners and Axiom reporting team on the development of specific Axiom reporting enhancementsA full range of duties can be found on the attached job description.About youThings you'll need for this job include:xe2x96xaa To be a fully or part qualified accountant with significant experience or demonstrable experience in a reporting or finance role
xe2x96xaa Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
xe2x96xaa Experience of building positive relationships with stakeholders
