You can find out more about us by clicking here! THE CHALLENGE We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to ensure our sales and purchase ledgers are effectively maintained. Although the role will be varied, we are particularly looking for someone with strong experience in accounts receivables and collections as well as having a finance/accounting background. The role will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of the finance operation and will include regular reporting to managers as well as continual improvement and development of internal processes. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO HEALIOS
At least 1 years accounting experience including experience in accounts receivables/collections.

GREAT TO HAVE
Experience with Xero (Accounting software)
Experience working in Healthcare Services (particularly NHS)
AAT or similar accounting qualification
WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Assisting with the raising and issuing of monthly and weekly invoices
Chasing all debtors to ensure received in accordance with agreed credit terms
Weekly reporting of the AR ledger and status of outstanding debts
Recording receipts of all debtors and reconciling customer balances
Allocating remittances and dealing with customer queries
Ensuring all relevant documentation is filed electronically
Ensure all invoices received are properly approved/authorised and entered
Chasing up receipts/invoices for all company transactions
Managing internal purchase order requests to ensure properly recorded and approved
Controlling employee expense claims to ensure properly approved and reimbursed
Preparing weekly payment runs adhering to agreed credit arrangements
Weekly reporting of the AP ledger and supplier balances
Reconciling supplier balances to statements and dealing with supplier queries
Maintaining and continuing to improve all internal purchase order and expenses processes
Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
Monitoring finance inbox and dealing with all queries
