Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consultancy business as a Finance Assistant responsible for operational finance support with invoicing, financial reporting and assisting with management accounting.
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Invoicing - responsible for creation, approval and sending of sales invoices
- Assisting in producing monthly management accounts pack
- Managing client PO and contractor time sheet process
- Financial Reporting
- Monitoring client credit insurance limit usage and applying for new limits.
- Credit control
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Liaising with contractors and clients on payment and invoicing enquiries
- Helping with the submission of VAT return
The successful Finance Assistant:
- Degree level education in related studies i.e Accounting & Finance
- Undertaking further study in ACCA/CIMA
- Intermediate level excel skills
- 1 years work experience within similar role (desirable)
- Work experience using Xero (desirable)
The successful Finance Assistant will be entitled to:
- \xc2\xa317 - \xc2\xa319 per hour (Dependant on experience)
