We are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator / Assistant to join our head office at 36 Myrtle Street, Liverpool, L7 7DP. Duties include, but are not limited to: Recording customer receipts on software Reconciling and processing purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices Raising purchase orders as and when required Recording bank movements and managing payment cycles End to end payroll processing from collecting timesheets to making payments on bank Ensuring spreadsheets and databases are reconciled and up to date Assisting with production of monthly management accounts Maintains email inbox Opening, scanning, and filing post Answering internal and external calls General filing and office duties Requirements Able to manage own workload Able to work quickly and efficiently Able to communicate well with others Good computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Adobe Good attention to detail Able to use Sage would be desirable Working hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00 (with half an hour lunch each day) Salary: \xc2\xa322,000.00 - \xc2\xa324,500.00 dependant on experience.
