Job Description

Seven Refrigeration are seeking to appoint a part time Finance Assistant to join their busy finance team.

We are looking for an AAT qualified (or part qualified) person, however, we are also looking for applicants who have experience within finance (minimum of two years) and would considering undertaking the AAT qualification.

Working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, 3 days per week and will be discussed at the interview. Additional hours may be required to meet financial reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities and duties:

Maintaining the purchase ledger, posting transactions and reconciliations carried out. Cashbook reconciliations prepared Maintaining the sales ledger, posting transactions and statements prepared. Assisting and reporting to the senior finance accountant

Requirements:

Educated to A-Level or equivalent qualifications To have started, or completed, the AAT qualification. Alternatively, a minimum of two years' experience within finance and would consider undertaking the AAT qualification Good written and verbal communication skills Demonstrable IT skills and good knowledge of excel Attention to detail and good organisational skills
