Are you a finance professional looking for your next role? Our client is looking for a finance assistant to join their team on a 12 month FTC. The ideal candidate will have a positive , can do attitude towards work and be willing to get stuck in to this busy and exciting opportunity!

Skills & Experience:

  • Sage experience is advantageous
  • Previous finance experience is essential
  • Multi account management is extremely advantageous
  • Ability to multitask is essential
  • Previous use of Excel
  • Great customer service at all times is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail at all times
Duties:
  • Purchase order matching
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliation
  • Input account payable invoices
  • Filing invoices and documentation
  • Providing cross department support when needed, supporting with ad-hoc duties
  • Preparation of supplier payment runs
