We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our finance team with a range of accounting and administrative tasks.
This role involves processing timesheets, expenses, goods received notes, cost allocations, invoice queries, and ledger reconciliations, along with other essential financial duties.
You will also play a key role in enhancing our finance processes and procedures, contributing to the department's continuous improvement and efficiency.
The Role
Input GRNs on a regular basis to ensure timely recording of costs
Investigate invoice queries from the accounts payable department
Process and post timesheets and expenses
Assist in end of month/year processes including preparation of reports
Fleet and plant allocation to project
About You
Experience in a Finance Assistant role preferable
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office D365 applications, Word, Excel, Outlook etc
Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
Experience of accounting software packages (Dynamics desirable)
