The Role:
You will support the hotel\'s finance management by covering all aspects involved with the role.
Daily Banking
AR Ledger Management
Guest Ledger and Voucher account control
Filing, data entry, typing and assisting with the management of communications and
Paperwork, managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements/organisation,
Assist Line Manager to make improvements and implement required changes
Assist Line Manager to liaise with external agencies relation to administration matters
Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis as agreed
Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Line Manager in to achieve agreed team targets
Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
Report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager
Train in best way to meet targets and contribute to those of the team
Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and clients/customers
Maintain daily reconciliation of payments, resolving discrepancies and working alongside central finance function
Assist in the housekeeping of the procurement system and processing of invoices
Assist in the debt recovery of the in-house ledger and deal with customer queries and requests
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Passion to provide exemplary customer service. Administration background essential and financial background desirable.
