The role will initially focus on Purchase Ledger and Credit Control responsibilities, with opportunities to expand and develop additional skills over time.

The main responsibilities are:
Assisting with the accounts receivable, accounts payable and credit control functions
Maintaining records for payroll, company bonus scheme and pension scheme
Monthly payroll processing
Bank reconciliations
Completing month end accounting tasks
Production of weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports that support the financial reporting of ACI
Hours:
This is a part-time role, with up to
22.5 hours
per week available. Ideally, this would be working 9-5 on a Monday, Tuesday and one other day to be arranged with the successful applicant.
The position would suit someone with:
Experience of working in a similar role
AAT qualification or equivalent
Excellent IT skills; Excel, Microsoft Office and preferably Sage and SAP.
Highly analytical and methodical skills, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
The ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals at all levels.
