Key Accountabilities
Prepare and issue daily and weekly performance reports, including Yield, Labour & Sales.\xe2\x80\xa2 Handle external and internal invoicing.
- Manage purchase ordering and purchase ledger, including goods receipting.
- Assist in month-end tasks such as journal preparation and reconciliation filing.
- Investigate large overhead variances at month-end.
- Collect and enter data for various financial reports.
- Track and record transport, utility, wastage, and substitution costs.
- Resolve dispute management cases and parked invoices, collaborating with colleagues and the Shared Service Centre (SSC).
- Maintain control over and reconcile the petty cash impress system, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team and wider operations teams.
- Undertake any other tasks as directed by the Site Financial Controller.
We are looking for a candidate with proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets and utilize financial functions.
