Finance & Strategy Associate
Role
Provide analytical driven insight to support functional leads and understand the P&L impact of those decisions. You will work with team members to manage data and model projects to guide the long-term growth of the business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, has analytical capabilities, is hands-on and, and can work with senior management. You will report into the Finance and Strategy Manager.
The job will involve:
Model and review appropriate strategic plans and support delivery of overall long-range plans
Complete value adding projects,
Committed to adding value equally with analytical insight and execution
Understand and influence the underlying performance drivers to help build the top and bottom line
Support the wider business by working with them through business casing for multiple new projects, running independent work-streams
Provide proactive, insightful, high-quality analysis to support decision-making in the context of the wider business
Translate actions and projects into targets and long-range plans for the business
Collate competitor intelligence
Requirements
3+ yrs of experience in an analytical, strategic or commercial role (investment banking or consulting experience)
Advanced GSheet/Excel (can perform complex functions) (can perform complex functions) skills
An understanding of Analytics tools - you\'ll need it extract the data you need for your analysis, with support from the Data Science team
Complex financial modelling experience
Can demonstrate analytical achievements and confidence with numbers
You will have experience in working with senior stakeholders within your business
Passionate about people and building relationships
A commercial mindset
Experience working in a dynamic high-growth company
