The opportunity



We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and motivated

Finance Administrator

to join our team at our head office on the outskirts of Chester. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and shares our mission-driven approach.

What you'll be doing



As Finance Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

Processing invoices accurately and efficiently Handling accounts and payroll administration tasks Managing incoming and outgoing telephone communications Providing administrative support across the team during peak periods Carrying out other finance and office administrative duties as required
You'll be a key member of our finance function, helping to ensure the smooth running of our operations as we continue to grow.

What we're looking for



We're seeking someone who:

Has proven experience in finance administration Is highly organised with excellent time management skills Works efficiently under pressure and meets deadlines in a dynamic environment Is proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Can handle payments and confidential information with sensitivity and discretion Communicates professionally and courteously, including over the phone Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and builds strong internal relationships
