Salary: \xc2\xa320,000 - \xc2\xa324,000, 23 days A/L, annual company bonus, 3% pension, life insurance (4x salary)

A wealth management firm is recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their well established business in Birmingham. This person will be responsible with the input and output of the cash management of the business, allowing the broader finance team to fulfil their targets.
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Management Information on area of responsibility
- Conduct Data entry (using Sage)
- Manage Banking and Payments
- Monthly reporting of outstanding creditors
- Chase and Reconcile Expenses
- Prepare and Monitor Invoices
- Maintain Asset Register
- Weekly forecast and reporting of cashflow
- Weekly reporting of cost management
- Assist in Budgeting and Planning
- Chasing and actioning any missing transactional items
- Maintain clear and timely communication to our internal and external stakeholders (EWM Group/Introducers/Suppliers)
- Financial Services knowledge e.g. mortgages, pensions, investments etc (Desirable)
- AAT Qualification (Desirable)
- Intermediate in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
