Finance Admin

Temp (6 months)

Newry

The Role: Our client based in Rostrevor are seeking for a temporary Finance Admin to join their company and become an integral part of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing Invoices
  • Data processing and inputting
  • General admin/filing
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to supplier accounts
  • To perform any other duties as may reasonably be required from time-to-time.
Essential requirements:
  • Proficient on all Microsoft Office programs such as Excel.
  • Experience of Sage line 50 Accounting.
  • Previous experience of working in a busy account\'s office.
  • Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
Hours of work: Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary: \xc2\xa324k- 26k (based on experience)
