Tate Commerce is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tate. Work at Tate Commerce ranges from publishing, retail and merchandising roles to operations, finance and licensing. The finance department is responsible for all aspects of the division\'s finance function including: processing and payment of all Commerce purchase ledger invoices, reconciliation of debtors ledgers, credit control and payroll.
Responsibilities:
This is a part time position with a predominant focus on the processing of invoices, alongside other financial activities, such as reconciliations, assisting with payment runs, and ad-hoc month end duties.
Our Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can regularly process high volumes of invoices. Full training will be given but computer literacy, strong numeracy and Excel experience are essential. They will also demonstrate great communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and, of course, good administration skills.
