Lincoln - Hybrid remote role, International and UK Travel Required.

Are you a Supervisor/ Manager or Senior Engineer with service engineering experience on gas turbines, looking to rapidly progress your career within this growing sector?

This internationally renowned company within the turbine industry are going through a period of rapid growth because of taking on many exciting new projects both in the UK and Internationally, so are looking to increase the headcount of their engineering staff to cope with demand.

In this role, you\'ll manage a team of Field Service Engineers both in the workshop and international projects. You will also work on Gas Turbines, turnkey systems, and gas generators, making a tangible impact on global sustainability.

This role would suit an Engineer with management/ supervisory or Team Leader experience in the wind turbine industry looking to increase their skill level and look for progression to a high level while working for an internationally renowned company.

The Person:
*Minimum of 3 years managerial experience and Field Service experience.
*Overseeing the planning and scheduling of service programmes for all your Engineers
*Ensuring risk assessments are completed and resources are where they are needed.
*Occasionally will be needed to be on site and on the tools. You will be site based and travel to sites in the UK and abroad.

The Role:
*Field Service Manage/ Field Service Supervisor/ Field Service Team Leader
*Also encouraged to apply are Senior Service Engineers looking to make the next step to management
*Knowledge and experience of gas turbines, turnkey systems, and generators
*Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
*Willing to travel within the UK and abroad when needed.
