Field Service Engineering Manager - Digital Solutions

Salary: \xc2\xa350,000/\xc2\xa370,000 (Negotiable) + Vehicle + Expenses + Bonus

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as the Head of Engineering, leading our team of engineers and driving the development of new and exciting solutions.

Position Overview:
The Head of Engineering will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of our digital solutions, managing a team of engineers, designing innovative solutions, coordinating call outs, and ensuring the seamless operation of our technology deployments. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in engineering, fostering innovation, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop cutting-edge digital signage, content management, sensor-based, and networking solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Call Out Management: Coordinate and manage call outs for technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
• Innovation and Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within our solutions, staying ahead of the competition and delivering value to our clients.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, functionality, and performance of our solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical expertise in client engagements, assisting in pre-sales activities, and presenting technical solutions to potential clients.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners to provide updates on project status, technical issues, and resolution plans.

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Extensive experience with digital signage, digital screens, content management solutions, Routers, structured cabling, and sensor technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of resolving technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to take ownership and lead in uncertain situations.
