As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing engineering expertise and product support to customers at their sites. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the installation of John Crane Sense\xe2\x84\xa2 diagnostics and other Digital Products, analyzing field problems, making recommendations to enhance product performance, and offering technical support to customers. This role requires effective communication skills for delivering reports, troubleshooting field issues, and suggesting operational improvements. You will also be responsible for conducting site surveys, collaborating with site and contract services for installations, and supporting operations with inventory and supplier management.
This position requires you to be based in close proximity to one of our UK offices: Slough, Manchester, or Aberdeen.
