Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our clients team based on the outskirts in Newbury. This is a full-time, permanent position for the right person.

You will be a responsible and friendly face of the client for on-the-road servicing and repairing their range of equipment.

Pay:

• Max. \xc2\xa325,000 per annum (DOE)

Responsibilities Include:

• Installing of plumbed and non-plumbed Machines, Water Coolers and Filtration.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out within Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
• Assisting with the operation the Hotline for Systems to assist in solving customer problems over the phone and/or determine if a service call out is required.
• In so doing work with the Customer Service & Sales Team to satisfy our customers.
• Fill in as an in-house Engineer, whenever necessary, maintaining our desire for well-maintained equipment with a good stock of machines ready for action.
• Assist & perform Barista Training and Machines demonstrations where required and to provide on-going basic operator training on coffee machines to our Drivers to ensure customer/staff satisfaction.
• Drive home the importance of cleaning and maintaining equipment to customers in an astute and pleasant manner.
• Work with Field Engineers and Drivers to produce and manage a system that ensures Site Surveys are beneficial to both customers and our team.
• Providing technical training and support to customers for their equipment.
• If parking a van off site please keep the van safe & limit our exposure to theft.
• Provide detailed paperwork relevant to repairs and servicing on equipment to customers and the office to enable the company to bill or clarify queries
• To uphold and improve whenever possible the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Care Philosophy and Product Performance.

Requirements:

• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial
