Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and maintain equipment to manufacturers\' specifications for reliability and safety.
• Detailed reporting of defects and upselling opportunities.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and technical faults.
• Operate diagnostic software via laptop (training provided).
• Document work completed using the tablet system.
• Prioritize safety through risk assessments and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with the team for efficient operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Relevant qualifications and experience in mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, etc.
• Expertise in construction plant, machinery, and diagnostics.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Relationship-building skills for customer interaction.
• Effective communication for internal and external coordination.
• Strong time management for task completion while maintaining safety.
• Professional presentation and full driving license (machinery operation training provided).
