Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience in AC and DC systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our advanced energy solutions, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform hands-on installation and maintenance of battery storage systems, EV solutions, and UPS.

- Work with AC and DC electrical systems, ensuring safe and efficient installations.

- Conduct site assessments to plan and prepare for installations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.

- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during and after installations.

- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all installation activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in AC and DC electrical installations.

- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent hands-on experience with energy storage and power solutions.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

- Flexibility to work in the office 1-3 days per week or as needed for installations.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites.
