Description of contract / Programme of works:
As a Field Sales Representative within the Hyperfast Full Fibre Broadband sector, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and generate new business opportunities for our clients high-speed internet solutions. You will be working closely with potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting the benefits of Hyperfast Full Fibre Broadband to meet sales targets. Your role will involve a combination of field-based activities, including prospecting, networking, and conducting face-to-face meetings with potential customers.
Prospect and identify potential customers within the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively pursuing leads, following up on inquiries, and managing customer relationships.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Hyperfast Full Fibre Broadband.
Develop a deep understanding of the target market, including businesses and residential customers, to tailor sales strategies and maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and technical support, to ensure smooth customer onboarding and a positive customer experience.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and position our client as a market leader.
Experience required:
Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the telecommunications or broadband industry.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Hyperfast Full Fibre Broadband sector and its value proposition.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and solutions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
