Field Sales Representative

Job Description
We are a large Sales channel partner for the global brand ADT Fire & Security working across the entire UK.
You would be selling the industry's BEST security equipment and encryptions across the market. The products we provide have received GOLD STANDARD awards from the industry regulators.
We are looking for experienced b2c field sales agents and/or field marketers to join our very successful sales platform.
The position is self employed / paid on sales commission
Commission per deal-
Company Appointments- average of 180.00 per sale starting from 95.00 as a minimum commission.
Self Generated Business - average of 280.00 per sale starting from 200.00 as a minimum commission.
Company Appointments
- Sales Reps will expect to see circa 20 to 30 appointments per month as long as the self-generation is taking place and conversion rates remain high.Awesome appointments VERY, VERY, warm and are provided after first self-generated deals are completed.
Extra bonus scheme-
*We require a minimum of 6 self-generated deals per month (The company has great ways to self gen with excellent data provided for your area weekly)
*Hit 20 sales per month
Then you will qualify for a further 100.00 across all deals completed in that month (uncapped!)
Real average earning from current Rep data-
5,500 per month based on 20 sales 6 of which are self-generated
Top earners are make 75k to 100k +
We have amazing sales support and ongoing training.
ALL CANDIDATES - must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check, Credit Check, and proof of 5 years work / unemployment history and address........ Prior to any sales agent starting!
You will require a driving licence.
If you can open opportunities and close deals THIS WILL be for you great products and a great brand to work with

Pay: 50,000.00-80,000.00 per year
