Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the field. You will utilise your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively promote our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets and contribute to overall business growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility. Manage your time effectively to maximise productivity while travelling within your designated territory. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field-based capacity. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good time management skills are crucial for optimising your schedule and achieving sales goals.
