Network 2 Supplies is a world leader in providing solutions for technology which is at the end of it's natural life. We provide our clients with a professional 'recycling' service to help them reduce risk, increase sustainability and become Net Zero. Our core services include data destruction, site clearance & de-installations, and WEEE disposal, all delivered using our own dedicated team, and our own fleet of vehicles.

As part of our growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, and highly motivated Field Engineer, passionate about delivering an exceptional secure and sustainable technology disposal service. Working onsite at customers premises you are the face of our business.

The role is a varied and will include the following :

Attending client sites to remove cabling for recycling on our premises Retrieval of hardware (eg. Circuit boards) from data racks Dismantling of data/cable cabinets reducing them to a shell Deinstallation and removal of various other types of IT equipment and network hardware including IT exchanges, server room towers and desktop equipment Carrying out site surveys
Skills and Experience requirements:

Able to demonstrate good communication skill when dealing with customers Able to problem solve when experiencing issues Willing to escalate issues as and when require Possess a good attention to detail to ensure tasks are carried out to the highest standard Reliable personality and able to be trusted Able to complete basic regulatory documents when transporting goods Good understanding of health and safety, enabling a safe working practice to always be followed Hold a full, clean driving licence Lifting, moving, pushing and pulling of equipment up to 25kg so needs to be physically fit Able to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills etc. Willing to stay away from home when requested Basic IT skills (Microsoft and mobile apps)
You will be working in teams of 2 or 3 at a time, and you need to be physically fit. You must also have a full driving licence so that you can share the driving with your team. You have to be willing to stay away from home during the week, but we pay all of your hotel bills (you don't have to pay for them yourself). You will also earn regular overtime in this role.

You will need to live within around 30 minutes of our base in Huthwaite, although you will be working across the Midlands.

Pay: 26,399.00 per year
