Telecoms Field Agent
xc2xa318.00 per hour up to xc2xa336.00 per hour (double time per hour) plus holidays, pension and HMRC Business mileage rates at xc2xa30.45 per mile.The position is ongoing, however classed as a temporary contract. Our current team have been with us for years. It would also suit someone looking to take retirement from their current job who is either looking for part time to full time work. Flexible to suit.Our client has many Anglian Water Services (AWS) operational sites where telecommunications equipment has been installed by mobile phone operators and other third-party telecoms users.AWS allow access to all existing equipment and during this activity, our Telecoms Field Agent is in charge of site security, H & S supervision of all operators and their contractors.Telecoms Field Agent duties:

• Operate from home address, ideally computer literate, SIM enabled tablet provided as well as a mobile phone.

• Telecoms Team arrange work on your behalf at the various AW sites. Arriving on site, ensure the AWxe2x80x99s Health & Safety, security and hygiene requirements are met.

• Approve proposal drawings in conjunction with the Telecom Team and AW.

• Check all contractorxe2x80x99s Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RAMS) and Permits and approve as appropriate

• Secure site on completion.

Requirements for the Telecoms Field Agent:

• Own car with current driving licence and business use insurance

• Computer literate:- Extensive use of iPad and email a feature (training will be provided)

• Some engineering experience would be advantageous but full training will be given

• Ability to travel within the AW area.
