Package DescriptionJOB ROLE: Female Waking Night Support WorkerLOCATION: Beck Row, Mildenhall (IP28)SALARY: xc2xa313.20 - xc2xa313.90* per hourPlease note we require a Female Waking Night Support Worker over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking Full-Time Support Workers to join our AMAZING supportive team at Wings in Mildenhall, Suffolk - Part time and bank positions available.About Wings:Wings supports up to 6 adults with Mental Health and /or Learning Disabilities. One thing that is guaranteed is that joining our team at Wings will be fulfilling, fun and rewarding, offering you stability with the opportunity to grow and develop your career further.Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching provided by us they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder into more senior positionsAs a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:

• Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking
