Female Gujarati Speaker Support Worker Driver Must
Job Description
Our client is an independent home that supports adults with learning disability.
They are looking for an experienced support worker who is able and capable to support their service users on a 1:1 basis in the community and a female support worker who can speak gujarati and have valid driving licence.
Experience of supporting personal care and ideally positive behavioural support is a bonus but they will provide full intensive training to ensure you have the skills to match your drive and passion.
This role is full time and with a competitive pay rate of \xc2\xa312-\xc2\xa312.5 per hour this is a great role for the right person who is devoted to ensuring that everyone is supported no matter the behaviours they exhibit.
Requirements:
YOU MUST BE A DRIVER
Experience of supporting adults with learning disability and other complex needs
Knowledge of what is involved in working with such challenging behaviours
