We're searching for exceptional Female Community Support Workers to join our dedicated team in the Ammanford area. Your role will be to support individuals with learning or physical disabilities, or mental health challenges, helping them lead fulfilling and joyful lives.

Empower Independence:

Teach essential life skills like cooking, shopping, and managing finances. Your guidance will help clients gain confidence and embrace their independence.

Foster Social Connections:

Encourage participation in fun activities like bowling, swimming, and movie outings. You'll be the bridge to new friendships and cherished memories.

Promote Well-being:

Support healthy lifestyle choices and provide companionship. Your presence will bring comfort, joy, and a sense of belonging.

Encourage Healthy Eating:

Help maintain a balanced diet, contributing to their physical health and vitality.

About You:



Whether you're an experienced carer or looking for a rewarding career change, we provide a comprehensive 5-day training and induction program at our Cross Hands Headquarters. You'll also be paired with an experienced carer to ensure a smooth transition.

What We Need:



Someone with a full driving license and their own vehicle. A compassionate, kind individual, who has a dependable nature. A commitment to at least 16 hours a week, including every other weekend. An excellent communicator, who is kind with a real sense of fun. A car owner with a full Driving Licence.

What We Offer:



A competitive salary of 14.12 per hour on weekdays and 14.68 on weekends, paid weekly (this includes rolled-up holiday pay). We'll cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, and Social Care Wales registration fee, and even provide a Blue Light Card--saving you over 70! Paid travel and waiting time up to 30 minutes. Paid mileage on support sessions (40p per mile). Full-time hours and set shifts, or flexible shift patterns. Refer a friend to join our team, and you'll both receive a 150 bonus--what a win-win! (paid once you have both worked 12 weeks). A 5-day in-depth Induction and training programme (paid at national minimum wage once you have worked for us for a

minimum of 100 hours

).
