As Sales Team Manager you will motivate and lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, working collaboratively to ensure the continued success of the business. A diverse and exciting role, you will still be farmer focused, regularly out on farm interacting with your customers as well as your colleagues.

• Prior feed sales experience is essential, particularly ruminant focused.

• Highly organised, able to manage own diary.
• A team player who can be decisive under pressure.
