Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Service Excellence: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, setting the standard for the team.

Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the F&B team during shifts, ensuring efficient service.

Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, take orders, and ensure their needs and preferences are met.

Order Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery, coordinating with kitchen staff as needed.

Staff Training: Assist in training and mentoring team members, helping them develop their skills.

Shift Management: Oversee the smooth running of shifts, including assigning tasks and handling any issues that may arise.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocking and reporting shortages.

Hygiene and Safety: Ensure that all hygiene and safety standards are adhered to by the team.

Payment Handling: Handle payments accurately and responsibly, including processing cash and card transactions.

Qualifications:

Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role is preferred.
