The Role

The Manager, F&B Services - Commercial & Analytics role sits within the F&B Product Development team, who are responsible for the design, development and commercial aspects of the food and beverage product across P&O Cruises. The team specialize in supporting the current fleet with new product development and product lifecycle management whilst leading the design and concept creation for refits and new builds.

The position will be supporting our F&B Product Development team and responsible for leading and analyzing the F&B commercial performance and providing recommendation on commercial opportunity and data led recommendations, whilst managing some key revenue driving projects and overseeing some special projects and leading the pricing strategy.

Responsibilities include:

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Collaborating on the creation of annual business plans which achieve our strategic vision
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Supporting decisions regarding new products and marketing opportunities based on consumer understanding, financial viability and brand fit
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Lead and analyse commercial F&B performance and product range and recommend solutions to address revenue and guest satisfaction opportunities
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Develop growth strategy looking at commercial opportunities in relation to products, services, experiences, and events across F&B product space

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

About You

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Extensive proven working experience as a data analyst or similar position
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting systems and Excel
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 You will have experience as an analyst within a commercial function, with a working knowledge of developing organizational recommendation.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Effective communications and presentations skills to be able to communicate to senior stakeholders
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 A background in hospitality is advantageous but not essential
