You\xe2\x80\x99ll get the opportunity to harvest and cultivate different crops, as well as getting involved with moving crop covers, planting, weeding, and hoeing. Previous experience of farm work would be great, but otherwise we are looking for a can-do, positive attitude and a resilience for doing manual work outdoors. This is a fixed term contract until September 2024 with the potential to extend. We have opportunities from now on a full time or part time basis. This role will be contracted for 39 hours a week (if full time), Monday to Friday. Part time hours can be negotiated for the right candidate. This role is based at Wash Farm, Buckfastleigh TQ11 0JU. • Previous harvesting work desirable
• Able to cope with the physical demands of outdoor manual work
• Manual handling experience is desirable. You will be required to lift and manoeuvre crates of produce for this role.
