LIVESEY BROTHERS LIMITED Growers, Packers & Distributors of Woodland Mushrooms Due to continued expansion require PERMANENT FULL TIME FARM PRODUCTION & PIECEWORK RATE OPERATIVES To work in an agricultural/food environment as part of a team for a family run business supplying around 20 tonnes of woodland mushrooms per week into the UK supermarket network. No experience required as full training will be given. Above National Minimum Wage easily achievable, current average \xc2\xa313.50 per hour Piece Work Rate jobs and bonus opportunities. Mon-Fri, 6am until finish with alternate Saturdays. 45-55 hours per week Your own transport considered essential. Opportunities for progression for the right candidate Superb job security, average length of service 7 years Onsite parking, lockers and staff facilities provided Workwear and PPE supplied Immediate start Interested in joining the largest grower of woodland mushrooms in the country and a company looking to the future? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Duties and Responsibilities: Farm Production Worker and Piece Work Rate Operative This list is not intended to establish a total definition of the job, but an outline of the duties and responsibilities required, thus you will be expected:- \xc2\xb7 To perform a wide range of jobs, from operating production critical machines to emptying and washing growing houses ready for the next growing cycle. \xc2\xb7 To work under the Farm Supervisor to complete issued tasks \xc2\xb7 To work within our guidelines, ensuring the necessary H&S Policies & Procedures are practiced \xc2\xb7 To work in different environments, the majority of which are carried out indoors \xc2\xb7 To ensure jobs are performed to the required standards within allocated times \xc2\xb7 To report any issues to the Farm Supervisor or Farm Managers \xc2\xb7 To harvest product efficiently, maintaining picking performance and quality levels \xc2\xb7 To ensure your working area is kept clear, clean and tidy The successful candidate will be Physically fit and able to cope with a fast paced environment, multi-tasking when required Able to follow instructions with minimal explanation. Be accurate and methodical Fork Lift experience will be considered an advantage but not essential as training can be provided where required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xc2\xa310.42-\xc2\xa313.50 per hour Benefits:
