Your role

Overall responsibility for the management of a Company Breeder Farm, including all aspects of husbandry, ensuring that eggs produced are of the highest possible standard and meets the required specification in terms of weight, quality, health & safety, welfare, etc. encompassing commercial and financial aspects of the farm, which involves working to financial and physical budgets, and where appropriate, the management and development of a team of people.

The successful candidate will maintain the professional integrity and appearance of the farm and dwellings at all times. Bird welfare must be of utmost priority at all times. The successful candidate will \xe2\x80\x98live\xe2\x80\x99 Welfare as a Condition in all that they do. Simultaneously, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and development via our bespoke Agriculture Academy. \xe2\x80\x98Growing our own\xe2\x80\x99 agriculture specialists and leaders of the future is something that is extremely important to Moy Park.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

• Previous involvement in field

• Sound decision maker

• Be prepared to undertake NVQ3 and attend any necessary courses

• Full UK Driving Licence

• People Management skills

• Farm Management Experience

• Budget management

• Previous supervisory experience
