Farm Manager
Job Description
```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of farm operations, including crop cultivation, animal care, and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement farm plans and strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper water supply for crops and animals -Manage team of four people
- Repair and maintain farm equipment, including tractors, harvesters, and other machinery
- Utilize hand tools for various farming tasks, such as planting, weeding, and harvesting
- Ensure the health and well-being of farm animals through regular feeding, grooming, and veterinary care
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including crop yields, animal health records, and equipment maintenance logs ```Skills```
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair farm equipment
- Proficiency in operating power tools for various farming tasks
- Experience in animal care and handling
- Basic math skills for measuring quantities of feed, fertilizer, etc.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems to effectively water crops
- Familiarity with gardening techniques for cultivating fruits, vegetables, or herbs Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xc2\xa325,000.00-\xc2\xa345,000.00 per year Benefits:
