Together we are seeking to recruit an experienced Farm Business Consultant to join the Rural Consultancy Team, covering the East of England from Lincolnshire to Essex. Within this role, the successful candidate will build solid customer relationships, and provide advice and support to Farmers in driving their business forward to its full potential. Some of the benefits you will receive as a Farm Business Consultant: Salary \xc2\xa330,000-\xc2\xa335,000/pa Car Allowance Full Induction and training Bonus Scheme 33 days holiday, including bank holidays Company Pension Private Medical Cover (including dependants with 50% company contributions) Flexible Working Supportive of Professional Development Duties to include, but not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge and experience in environmental issues, sustainable farming and other sectors such as BNG and carbon capturing. \xc2\xb7 To complete SFI, Stewardship and other grant applications on behalf of your assigned customers. \xc2\xb7 Clients visits to build strong relationships and gain insights in to customers requirements and needs. \xc2\xb7 To liaise and support internal stakeholders such as the Agronomy Team. \xc2\xb7 To conduct nutrient and manure planning. \xc2\xb7 To provide general business consultancy advice. What we are looking for: \xc2\xb7 Previous experience of delivering Farming advice. \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of government policies. \xc2\xb7 Customer focused, able to deliver a exceptional customer experience. \xc2\xb7 A clear communicator, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence. \xc2\xb7 FACTs/BETA qualified (desirable) \xc2\xb7 Educated to degree level.
