Your role

To provide assistance and support to farm management team to enable the smooth running of the Laying Farm, in order to produce the maximum number of high-quality hatching eggs, with high hatchability. To \xe2\x80\x98live\xe2\x80\x99 welfare as a condition with the opportunity to grow and develop via our bespoke Agriculture Academy. \xe2\x80\x98Growing our own\xe2\x80\x99 agriculture specialists and leaders of the future is something that is extremely important to Moy Park.

Your 25 hours will be rostered over 4 out of the 7 days but, should business needs require it, may be rostered to work 25 hours over 5 out of the 7 days.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• A keen interest in farming where animal welfare is of the upmost importance
