November 2023 Job Vacancy: Farm & Estate Operations Manager Located in East Berkshire, Randall Farms Ltd isprincipally a 350ha combinable crop arable farm with increasing amounts of diversification focusing on sustainability, rural property, and alternative land uses \xe2\x80\x93 all aligned with our vision of: Invigorated land, wildlife, heritage, and people The Role: \xc2\xb7 Full time employee required to lead all farm machinery operations & maintenance, and help organise and implement estate & property repairs and upkeep. \xc2\xb7 We are looking for someone who is keen to integrate themselves into our business, bringing a positive attitude and good practical skills to maintain our high standards and help develop all our enterprises. Qualifications - The Candidate will possess most of the following: \xc2\xb7 Further education in Agriculture or similar \xc2\xb7 Full driving licence \xc2\xb7 PA1, PA2, PA4s, PA6 Certificates and experience \xc2\xb7 Telehandler Certificate \xc2\xb7 GPS operation familiarity and general IT competency \xc2\xb7 Experience operating and maintaining all modern arable machinery \xc2\xb7 Workshop skills \xc2\xb7 Chainsaw experience and certificates \xc2\xb7 Estate maintenance experience \xe2\x80\x93 water networks, fencing, hedging \xc2\xb7 Health & Safety + First Aid Training \xc2\xb7 Management / Supervision experience Personal Attributes must be aligned with our core values: \xc2\xb7 Dedicated to high working standards and taking pride in their outcome \xc2\xb7 Well presented \xc2\xb7 Positive outlook \xc2\xb7 Safe working methods \xc2\xb7 Intuitive & proactive \xc2\xb7 Collaborative / Team player \xc2\xb7 Good communication Remuneration / Contract: \xc2\xb7 Attractive accommodation available in a lovely location and close to great schools. \xc2\xb7 Salary package negotiable commensurate with experience and accommodation requirement.
