Here at Pembrokeshire Farm Vets, so are we!We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for the farming industry to join us as a Farm Administrator / Vet Technician at Pembrokeshire Farm Vets.Location: Haverfordwest, PembrokeshireContract: PermanentHours: Part TimeShift Pattern: Monday - Friday with a varying shift patternAbout Pembrokeshire Farm Vets:Take a look at the practice here:About the role:This is a hybrid role that will involve supporting the practice in an admin capacity in the office, but will also include supporting the Vets when they visit patients and clients when needed.Day-to-day duties of the role will include:

• Answering phones and booking appointments
• Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
• Banking and daily payment reconciliation
• Debt chasing/processing
• Registering new clients
• Completing insurance forms
• Covering the receptionist desk, including answering queries, booking appointments and taking payments
• Providing support to Vets whilst visiting patients and clients when needed

What we're looking for in our Farm Administrator/ Vet Technician:

• A full UK driving licence would be useful
• An excellent communicator with strong empathy
• Knowledge of Farming/Farm animals would be advantageous, ideally in a Veterinary setting
• High attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
• A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
