Family Support Worker \xe2\x80\x93 Fostering, Therapeutic Service
High Hourly Rate: \xc2\xa314/h
NonStop Care is currently working with one of UK\xe2\x80\x99s biggest organisations in order to help them recruit for a Family Support Worker role in the Nottinghamshire area. They are an established children\xe2\x80\x99s services provider that delivers innovative and outcomes-based services, offering real value and building brighter futures for as many children, young people and families as possible.
The role is locum with the possibility of extension and it offers flexibility with home working, so that you can benefit of a better work-life balance.
The cases they have are related to Fostering, meaning you can gain multiple Fostering skills on top of working with a therapeutic approach!
Responsibilities:
You will liaise and work with other professionals and agencies to achieve optimal outcomes for children, young people and their families (including foster carers), ensuring services are \xe2\x80\x98joined up\xe2\x80\x99 in approach.
You will provide an evidenced therapeutic programme to parents/carers in the community to support placement stability.

Requirements:
Proven experience of supporting and working with children, young people and their families .
Have a full driving licence with unrestricted access to your own car.
Availability to start ASAP.
