Prepare correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing
Administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch
Make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up to date diary
Prepare the conference room for meetings and provide refreshments
Attend clients both in person and on the telephone
Ensure the confidentiality of all the firm\xe2\x80\x99s and clients documentation and information
The candidate
2-3 years Family law experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An understanding of the need for confidentiality
Demonstrates integrity and a strong work ethic.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to deal with multiple priorities.
