We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Legal Assistant to support our legal team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. • Assist solicitors with a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.

• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court filings with precision and attention to detail.

• Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is organised and updated promptly.

• Conduct research and gather relevant information to support ongoing cases.

• Liaise with clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on case progress.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations at all times.

• Support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a legal assistant role or relevant administrative experience within a law firm is preferred.

• A strong understanding of family law principles and procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
