JS Legal Recruitment Ltd are excited to be working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm based in Essex. Our client is looking to recruit a talented ambitious Family Lawyer, to join there highly successful private family team on a full -time permanent basis. The team has an excellent reputation in the Essex market, and work for clients both nationally and internationally .
The role will involve dealing with a full and mixed caseload of private family matters, you will be responsible for running and managing your own cases with appropriate supervision.
The role
- Divorce/ Dissolution of Civil Partnership
- Financial settlements and claims following the breakdown of a relationship
- Enforcement of Financial Orders
- Financial claims on behalf of a child
- Applications for Parental Responsibility
- Domestic abuse and family law injunctions
- Separation Agreements
- Pre or Post Nuptial Agreements
- Cohabitation Agreements
- Declarations of Trust and Agreements regarding how a property/ asset is owned
- An ambitious Family Lawyer with at least 2 years Plus PQE
- Ability to develop relationships with clients
- Ability to network and business development to maintain and develop work from both existing and potential clients
