Family Law Solicitor - South WalesWe are seeking a talented and motivated Family Law Solicitor to join our well-established law firm in South Wales. This family law team are ideally looking for someone with 3 yeas PQE, but if you are an NQ with paralegal experience, please apply. You will be based in Newport or Cardiff on a hybrid basis.Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of private and public family law matters.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in private and public family law matters, including divorce, Children Act matters, financial remedy and childcare.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Qualified Solicitor with 3 years' experience in family law - either pre or post qualification.
- Able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge in family/matrimonial law,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team,
- Commitment to providing a high level of client care.
