Job: Factory/Machine Operative
Hours: 07.00-16.30 / Monday - Friday (fixed shift)
Salary: \xc2\xa310.50 p/h
Location: Fenstanton (near St Ives)
Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking 4x Factory/Machine Operatives for their client based in Fenstanton.
This role involves working within various areas of the factory environment, and early into your employment it is likely you will work across multiple areas until identified which works best for you.
An important quality of this customer, as it is with many, is that products are checked at every stage of the production process to ensure delivery in line with Technical Compliance & QC standards.
Use of CNC Machines to produce the product is the main use of machines on site, this position will start as an assistant to this operation, however there is progression to be internally upskilled & training to operate the CNC machines.
Full training is provided across all areas of the business, however experience within a Manufacturing environment or as a Machine Operative would be advantageous.
