Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Factory Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in Timber frame . This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the required specifications while adhering to industry regulations.
Duties
Operate nail guns , ensuring efficient functioning and minimal downtime. Conduct routine checks on equipment and machinery, applying mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues as they arise. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Experience
Previous experience in a Timber frame factory is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Pay: 8.60-14.00 per hour
