Factory Foreman/woman Manufacturing
Job Description
Responsibilities: - Manage small teams throughput and workload - Program the jobs for the workshop - Ensure timings for work are achieved and highlighting any key variances to investigate for future makings - Read and interpret drawings, and work orders prior to manufacturing - Ensure machinery maintenance compliance - Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards - Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety maintained Requirements: - Strong people skills and leadership - Excellent communication skills with workforce and management - Track record of achieving targets - Flexible and can do mentality We are looking for a pragmatic and flexible Factory Foreperson to support and grow small business through both a hands on and can do attitude approach. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xc2\xa336,000.00 per year Benefits:
