Role and Responsibilities: As a Factory Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our client\'s manufacturing facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

\xf0\x9f\xa7\xbc Operating and maintaining ride-on scrubber dryers and sweepers to efficiently clean large areas.

\xf0\x9f\x9b\xb5 Operating walk-behind scrubber dryers and buffers to maintain cleanliness in tighter spaces and around equipment.

\xf0\x9f\xa7\xb9 Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

\xf0\x9f\x97\x91\xef\xb8\x8f Emptying and disposing of waste and trash according to established procedures.

\xf0\x9f\x9a\x80 Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.

\xf0\x9f\xa4\x9d Collaborating with the team to accomplish daily cleaning targets efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, we\'re ideally looking for candidates who possess:

\xf0\x9f\xa7\xb9 Previous experience in factory cleaning, demonstrating a strong understanding of cleaning methods and practices.

\xf0\x9f\x9b\xb4 Proficiency in operating ride-on scrubber dryers, sweepers, walk-behind scrubber dryers, and buffers.

\xf0\x9f\x95\xb5\xef\xb8\x8f\xe2\x80\x8d\xe2\x99\x82\xef\xb8\x8f Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing cleaning needs.

\xe2\x9a\xa0\xef\xb8\x8f Knowledge of safety procedures when working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

\xf0\x9f\x92\xac Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Working Hours and Compensation: This is a full-time position with working hours from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, offering a competitive pay rate of \xc2\xa310.75 per hour.

Additional Benefits & Requirements

• 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
