We are seeking a conscientious, enthusiastic and experienced Facilities Manager with a can-do attitude and can-do approach. Applicants must have a technical background in a Property Maintenance environment or Hard FM environment as a supervisor or equivalent. The person must always maintain a professional appearance and attitude and be polite and courteous.
Working 40 hours per week Monday- Friday paying \xc2\xa345,000pa
What do you need?
- Property Maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience
- HVAC/ AC experience
- Technical background in a Hard FM background
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficient with MS Office
